If you are an Online Broker house, Real Estate Agent, Tenant Representative or Broker, we would like to reward you for successful referrals. See our Commission program below.

Please note we may receive the same referral from multiple sources, hence please enter the name, phone number and email address be sure we recognize your name and submission time against the referral.

Initial Term up to 12 months

For each successful referral, we will pay 10% commission of the first year rent component to you.

Expansion within the first 12 months

If your referred client expands with additional desks or offices within the first 12 months - we will pay 5% commission on the additional space taken.

Renewals 13-24th month

When your Client renews beyond their initial 12 month term, we will pay 2% commission from the 13th to 24th month.
